Do you have ready-to-wear outfits?
No. All our pieces are made and require 7 working days for production unless stated otherwise.
Can I visit your store to try on outfits?
You can visit our store for measurements and pickups, but we do not have a try-on service since our pieces are made to order.
Can I make changes to the design of a piece?
Yes, we offer alterations such as longer sleeves or a maxi dress.
How do I ensure I order the right size?
You can refer to our size guide or provide your exact measurements in inches (Bust, Waist, Hips, Length, etc.).
Do you offer custom colors?
Yes, some designs have custom color options available at an extra charge.
Will the fabric texture or color be the same as in the pictures?
Differences may occur due to camera quality or fabric restock variations. You can always request additional pictures before ordering.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
What are your delivery timelines?
Abuja Delivery: 1-2 working (Mondays to Fridays only) days. Interstate Doorstep Delivery: Lagos only: Standard untrackable, sent out on Saturdays only: 3-5 working days,Other states: GIG Standard trackable: 3-5 working days. How much is the delivery fee?
Delivery fees are tentative and may change based on courier service rates.
Can I choose a different delivery company?
Yes, if you prefer a different delivery service, let us know via email.
What happens if I miss the delivery?
If the rider attempts delivery and you are unreachable, you may need to pay for delivery again.
What should I do if I receive the wrong order or a damaged item?
Report it within 48 hours, and we will arrange for a return and exchange at no cost to you.
Can I return or exchange an item if it doesn’t fit?
If the issue is due to incorrect measurements provided, an amendment or exchange fee and delivery cost will apply. Custom-sized or altered pieces are non-returnable.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Local refunds take 48-72 hours, while international refunds take 3-5 working days after the item is returned.
Are taxes included in the price?
All product prices are inclusive of V.A.T (7.5%) as we are a tax compliant company and have to pay tax. They are different from import taxes, Ruks Á La Mode is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.
How long can I leave my order uncollected?
You can stockpile your order for up to 2 months. After this period, Ruks Á La Mode will not be responsible for uncollected items.
Is my personal information safe?
Yes. We only collect and store customer information securely for order processing and do not share it with third parties except for delivery purposes.
